Rosedes, thyme honey sweets, in oblong shape, made from almond, semolina, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, which are kept for many months without losing their wonderful taste.

Diples, they differ from Cretan xerotigana for their delicate construction that resembles water lilies. They are made from pure ingredients with a thin crispy sheet of eggs, covered in thyme honey poured not from a spoon but from sedges, sesame and cinnamon.

Mill paste, for almond lovers that must be ground very finely in the mill, then cover with syrup that binds with the crumb, bringing out a unique vanilla flavor.

Kumara, a bite-sized sweet made from well-ripened kumara, bursts with flavors that awaken her senses.
