R=Traditional village Mylopotamos
The village Mylopotamos is located west in Kythira. It took its name from the many water mills that had in the past and even today many of them are preserved in the Myloi area, which is one of the top attractions on the island. The village is characterized as traditional, and its settlement Kato Chora is preserved. It has plenty of waters, and the central square are under plane trees, a small lake and ducks in Kamari. From the center of the village begins valley with lush vegetation trees and streams.
In Mylopotamos there are some small traditional tourist accommodation units, hotel and restaurants.
