Yannis Karabousanos, as a cooking teacher, put all his art into creating pure traditional Kythira pasta, which are available for retail sale, wholesale, or at the Toxotis restaurant in Livadi.
You will also find a wide variety of jams and spoon sweets prepared with homemade standards.
In the Toxotis store there are also Faturada, Tsipouro, Pickles and a wide variety of herbs.
