Picturesque village of Kalamos!
It is located on the south side of Kythira. The village is sparsely populated and consists of small settlements, built among beautiful natural surroundings. The view from the south of the village overlooks the islet of Hytra and the Cretan Sea. In the area there is the cave of Agia Sophia of Kalamos and the small but picturesque beach of Chalkos. In Kalamos there are accommodation units.
