The beach at Kobonada is located east and central in Kythira. It is large in size and consists of white round pebbles and sand. There is a car park. The beach in the summer season has an organization. It is located at the end of a canyon, where the winter waters sculpt the rocks of the area creating round pebbles or cobbles that are the characteristic feature of the beach. Access is from the village of Karvounades if you are in the north, and from the village of Livadi from the south.
