The Astarti villas are located in Diakofti, the beautiful fishing village east of Kythira with the wonderful sea, just 1 kilometer from the port and 10 kilometers from the airport of the island.
They are 4 independent newly built residences (completed in 2010) at a distance of only 100 meters from the beautiful golden sand beach with the blue-green waters and the amazing clarity. The most beautiful beach of the island in our opinion! Within walking distance you will also find seaside cafes and taverns.
Each of the Astarti villas is furnished in a different basic color, but all have an excellent view of the sea and are suitable for the comfortable stay of 4-5 people (75 m2 ).
They are developed on two levels: On the raised ground floor is the living room, fully equipped kitchen, WC and covered terrace with a view. On the floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. On the veranda with the pergola and the amazing view (both bedrooms have independent access) you can enjoy your coffee and if you are a morning person admire the sunrise from the sea!!!
In the common areas there is beautiful garden with flowers and aromatic plants – usually butterflies too! – barbecue (our own charcoal) and of course our comfortable swimming pool with sunbeds and fluffy fluffy towels to cool off while relaxing.
The owners, a couple of civil engineers, chose the However, they started with appetite and enthusiasm to build their holiday home and continued like that until the last detail.
As people with children who loved to travel, they tried to create what they were looking for: Spaces ideal for families or for two pairs of friends who want to enjoy their vacation without depriving themselves of any of the comforts of home, as if they were going to the fully equipped
Our goal is the harmonious coexistence of the local tradition of the island with modern technology and design, as a way to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay in a beautiful and functional environment.
